Vectara Agent Playground

A live debugger for any Vectara agent. Streams events, tool calls, step transitions, and structured outputs side-by-side with the conversation. Configuration is stored in localStorage on this machine only.

API base URL The Vectara API endpoint. Use https://api.vectara.dev for staging. API key Create one at console.vectara.com → API Keys. Needs read+write on the agent. Rotate after testing. Agent key The agent's key field. Found in the agent JSON or the Console agents list. Session metadata (optional JSON) Values your agent reads via $session.metadata.*. The playground shows this on every session create.
